Hotkeys that seem to function for others don't for me. [SOLVED]

Toggle factory repeat build does nothing, but I've asked others who say it works.
Toggle unit shield (and stealth, intel, jamming, etc.) does nothing.
Select nearest idle air scout selects all idle air scouts instead of one at a time. I'm fairly certain I've seen others use this hotkey on streams.

I have disabled most other hotkeys to check conflicts, and have checked each on different keys. I reinstalled a while ago but the problem persisted. Is there any file I can check or delete or something? Are these hotkeys working for you?

Aside:

There is a hotkey, Select all units similar to those selected. Is there one that confines this to just units onscreen? Basically, is there a hotkey that works similar to double click?

Is there a hotkey that snaps to a unit without tracking it? Default, "t" snaps to a unit (useful for finding the idle engineer you just selected), but then the camera moves with it, which can impede the accuracy of further clicks. I've looked for a snap to hotkey but no luck.

I've heard about a hotkey that stops all production except for the current unit being produced. That would save me some clicks a few times per game for sure. But I can't find the entry in f1 menu. Which heading is it under?

Repeat build hotkey works but there is significant latency. Same for toggling abilities like shields afaik. Selecting a single air scout is a custom hotkey i believe. There is no hotkey for selecting similar units onscreen, i asked for it a long time ago. You'll have to make it if you want it, make sure you share it if you do Not sure about snapping to a unit, never looked for or seen that. The hotkey that stops the build queue except the current unit is called soft stop and it's in beta, not in the current patch.
