Registration confirmation email not received.

My friend tries to join faf. He tried to register many times with different email services and different nicknames. Since >12 hours no confirmation emails yet.. two mail services used (yandex.ru and gmail.com) and both are empty. Ofc spam boxes are checked and email adresses are checked to prevent mistakes.

So what now?

UPD

He tried to reset his password through faf website and got answer that no such email found in database, for both emails used.

Same with one of mine Friends.
Is it broken for some reason?
