ladder replay problem after 3652 update  [SOLVED]

trying to replay a new (post 3652 update) ladder game, leads to a downgrade to 3650 download, and a nearly instant desync of the game.
Seems to be fixed now.


(btw.: what's with the 50MB dl each time .. there must be a better way .. local cache of recent versions or something.)
