unable to play a game  [SOLVED]

i've a friend (jojonimes) stuck a connecting : http://imgur.com/8FkTG5e

and i've checked, he has only forever.log, no game.log

do you have any idea what can cause this problem ?
i made him forward his port, and i checked his firewall.
