I am a Questionmarkian (Country is not found)

I live in the USA.

99% of the time, I join matches and my country is " ? "

It said contact tech support, so that's why I am here.

Although I said 99% of the time it doesn't work, I have noticed rarities when It does show the country--the correct one (USA).

Could this please be permanently fixed? I am not that annoyed by it, but it would be nice to see fixed. My brother has the same problem, although I think his shows USA (Correctly) more often then my account does. His username is "Willhelm". Please fix both of our accounts if possible.

The Country flag assigned to you depends on your IP, I guess as your ISP cycles your IP some of the ones you get assigned are registered as US and others are not (according to FAF).

FAF does this enrichment using some random GeoIP file here https://github.com/FAForever/server/blo ... /GeoIP.dat

Not sure when this was last updated, maybe a new version is desirable.
