Phantom X bug

I hosted Phantom X game. Got the role of Phantom. After some time, I see this bug: with no production on and plenty of mexes, I have 0 mass and +0 income. And that is given 4 T3 mexes, 7 T2 and 20% resource bonus! Fix this please. It breaks the game.
Don't complain about that which you aren't willing to change.
