FAF freezes hard while trying to launch FA

Postby ZLO_RD » 12 Jun 2016, 01:10

in 90% of the time when i try to play ladder i get "an error had occured in FAF client and was automaticly reported" message

but recently my FAF also was freezing very hard just after launching FA, while FA had just black screen
i think i was trying to connect to ThePwnable
there should 2 tryes in this log
it is just weird and i decided to report it...

so again:
1) search ladder
2) FA launches
3) FAF freezes
4) FA has black screen
5) after about 30 sec i get "an error had occured in FAF client and was automaticly reported" message while FA has "connecting" screen
6) clicking "ok" for that message and FA goes to setting up automatch and nothing else happens after it

usually i have to make about 5 refafs to get a ladder game, sometimes less, sometimes more...

Looks like nat not being forwarded properly, someone was talking about this the other day, I can't remember who unfortunately.
So it is a perfectly logical mechanic, do you know what engines/propulsion the planes use?

No actually it is a Dirtymatter Propulsion System otherwise known as DPS that you often hear people talking about.
