Mouse just work on Windowed mode.

Hi folks, some help...

I buy a new computer and reinstaled everything...
But when i join at any game, even with on desktop shortcut, the MOUSE FREEZE.
I can select menus with <^> but i cant use the mouse.
He just move on windowed mode

WINDOWS 10 64 INTERPRISE
VGA: GTX 760
8GB DDR4 2400
MOBO: Gigabyte Z170XPSLI
I really waiting for logical arguments to nerf ACUs.
