joining clan not working for me

joining clan not working for me

whenever i try to apply for a clan I get this error:

Internal Server Error

PDOStatement: Duplicate entry '764-2307-1' for key 'PRIMARY'

yes, I go via the clan page, it redirects me to that though, known issue?
