Unexplainable 1400 ping

For some reason I have a problem with connecting to Mao twice in a row, we both refaf'd. We have <100/200 ping to everyone except to each other, where we have 1400 ping.

I can't suply logs to the matter but in a 1v1 with tagada I too did get a random 1000-2000ms ping to tagada.

Everyone else in that game had <200 ping to both EcoNoob and Mao, so it was some individual problem between both of them.

I notice that sometimes when I turn Youtube or Steam off just before going into a game I still get spikes.
