Cannot log into the FAF launcher

In all honesty I have no clue as to why the launcher is failing to allow me to log in. Every time I try to log in a get a message saying "Authentication Not Found Login not found or password incorrect. They are case sensitive." And I know that my password is correct because I had reset it after first receiving the error.

Issue solved with a complete reinstall of a newer version of the launcher. As pure speculation the issue may have been that my launcher of so out of date that it failed to connect to the FAF servers but again this is only my personal speculation.
