Account creation seems to fail sometimes

well first of all, this doesnt affect me at all. However, I had a bit of time and slow internet, so I decided to read a bit in the forums (steam forum as well). By doing so I found this thread:

I had the same problem. I never got anything in my email. Still didn't. Some how I was magically able to login after like 8 hours of error messages. I never received a confirmation email after requesting it like 35 times.

I'm just glad I'm here. Some how.

There was a problem with activation emails, that system has now been disabled.
