Transfer ownership of a clan?

When I try to change the owner, I get an error that the player is not a member of the clan (which is not correct). Is anyone able to edit the database directly to make a change?

I imagine that being or not being a clan member is not the issue. I dont believe you can transfer ownership once the clan is created. You should check that first.

Well it has worked in the past at least(I have done it). maybe it is bugged atm.
