Freezing while trying to play LADDER

Most of the time when i try to play a ladder game I click on the faction i want and it launches FA and it gets stuck on the Connecting.. screen. If i alt + tab out, the FAF client says "FAF has encountered an error and has been automatically reported" and now if i go back in to FA it says setting up automatch and stays there and I never get in to a Ladder match.

This is a known error, all you can do atm is keep retrying to search. Refafing may also help.

Make a really hot cup of coffee, and put an extra layer of socks on. You will find that your ladder performance should improve drastically.
