Can't Launch FAF

I can't launch FAF becuase it states Microsoft C++ Visual is missing. And when I go to download the Microsoft C++ the Installer states it cannot download because "An updated version is already installed on this machine". I have tried reinstalling but it still does not work. Please help. Thank you

Is deleting the msvcr.dll files from both system32 and syswow64 folders and then reinstalling the x86 2010runtime safe?

Problem is Solved. Uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 both programs and reinstalled them.
