More accurate economy satistics

At the moment, say when you have a T1 engineer assisting a naval fac it might say using up 0 mass. But actually it is more like 0.4 or something. Kinda annoying when your trying to find out what to pause. If we could increase the accuracy of these values by one decimal place then it would be great.

I don't see your ticket. It's not the same as the lobby ticket system.
