Downloading patch

High people.
I have a little problem with FaF. There is one specific part of the update that client doesnt want to download. That's the one called ForgedAllience.3659.exe. First 10-16% goes perfectly but after client just "dies" and goes to not responding, if you make him out of this situation he will just say that download failed, try later, and start to download other parts of the update. Other parts get downloaded perfectly. Even if you try to download it by link, it wont work even in browser. I guess i have some kind of connection problem with your servers, but why with only that part?

Only a guess,

but if only can't download "exe" files, maybe it could help to deactivate your virus scanner while downloading the patch ?

If this doesn't work, deinstall FAForever.
Then very important: Delete the whole folder "C:\ProgramData\FAForever" manualy.
Now try to install again.
