FA crush on start [SOLVED]

Hi,

i have the problem with run FAF.

I installed FAF panel, but when I try to start game (whatever - 1vs 1 automatch, joing game, host game):

1) update is going well
2) downloading map is ok
3) and when It should start game - its crush (notification: "FA failed to start")

I checked game path. Its ok. I reinstalled FAF panel and game, and FA still dont working.

I checked if I can run fa.exe and I cant - dont know why.

Well, you need to post your Forged Alliance log then. If you post the FAF log, that log is only valid for the FAF client.

Usual remedies would be: Check your drivers, reinstall Supreme Commander, etc. - did you try these?

You said you checked "fa.exe", but you can't execute it. Well, there is no FA.exe.

Did you mean "C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe" ?

If yes, what means "you can't run" ? What happened if you doubleclick the ForgedAlliance.exe ?

Yes, I mean: "C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe".

What is strange, the: C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\SupremeCommander.exe" is working (I can run the game).

When I want to run FA.exe from this first location, there is message that Windows dont have access to the application/location (I have different language so, its my translate).

Did you ever start FAForever as Admin ?

If yes, please deinstall FAforever, then delete the folder "C:\ProgramData\FAForever". (You need to delete it manually)
Now install FAforever and try again.

thats not the error, but you should still fix that. Go to the router webpage and enable "allow Upnp" since the firewall in the router blocks your connection (thus you will be connected via the proxy if it connects at all).

Check again if the path is correct (i.e. the correct slashes...). You should be able to run the .exe from the FAForever folder...

Thats the clue of the problem. I can't run exe file from this folder. The path of oryginal game is good.

Well, then lets see why the exe is not starting.

Please make a Desktopshortcut from the file:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe
(Rightclick the file and select "Send to" -> Desktop Shortcut")

Open the shortcut and change the Command line (target) to:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe /log c:\SupComGame.log

Start the game, and post the SupComGame.log

I created shortcut, went to properties of this shortcut (right click - mouse), the target of oryginal is : "C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe"
and I cant change it. If I try, there is notification that I wrote wrong path...

Maby I understand something wrong?
