Someone please just help me with this!

I've been trying to play FAF for two months with nothing but a bug report the instant I log on. I have posted two other forums for this issue and nobody has helped me. I have been playing FAF for over a year and I got a new computer which performs way better than my now dead laptop and I'm getting very upset that nobody has bothered to help yet i hear all these comments about the tech support being so great. Other than the bug error I can't get anything to work, chat, play tab, vault, replay, nothing works. i love the game and FAF and please just look at the log and tell me what's wrong I'm not a computer genius. And yes I have tried reinstalling FAF and no it didn't work. I also tried Downlords client and that was just as broken.

Your log looks horribly broken. You are getting corrupted messages from the server .... they correctly start out as json messages then it all just falls apart eg:

We don't know why you are getting corrupted server messages. (We discussed this in slack 2 weeks ago)

"Maybe" it is nothing inside your computer.
Could be using of some kind of wireless network or a network over power supply lines.
Downloads runing via bittorrent or other peer to peer programms.
Damaged network cable, router or networkcard...

As you can see, i am just guessing.

Anyway, back on topic

Since it seems to start degenerating on someone's ladder rating, maybe it's because they don't have a ladder rating and it can't load properly? Dunno

I am using a wireless adapter right now since I don't have an Ethernet cable yet.

as for the downlord client, I get a Java Runtime error message unless I run as administrator. When I do run admin I get FAF connected, Chat connected. connectivity unknown. I was able to get connection one time but I couldn't join any games.
