Build menu does not show up in vanilla FA

So I've been Internet-less for a couple of days and I thought to pass the FA campaign on my own. When I launch and I gain control over units, engineers and ACU have no build menu visible. I checked interface settings, no setting set wrong there. I created and used a different profile that's not tied to FAF - the game is unplayable. What could be reason?

Wasn't launching FA through FAF so idk where to find the logs.

Maybe try this:
Make a shortcut for coop:

Then you'll use all the faf changes. (make sure you have downloaded all the missions before going offline though)

Well without logs we only can guess;

You are using a mod like the new version of Black Ops ACU that's not compatible to the vanilla game version.

Please disable all mods and try again.

PS:
You can force the game to write the log to a specific folder.

Please Make a desktop-shortcut from the file:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe
(Rightclick the file and select "Send to" -> Desktop Shortcut")

Open the shortcut and change the Command line (target):
from:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe
to:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe /log C:\gamelog.txt

You will find the log now at "C:" named "gamelog.txt"
