Issues downloading new files

Hey guys, i have been having ongoing issues with a file not installing properly. Every time i load a replay/join a game the following images come up;

If i want to manually open the file it come up with;

Only that one file has issues, however it does not allow me to watch any replays, thankfully it does allow me to continue playing. Has been occurring since last patch, not sure if that had something to do with it or not, i am not at all tech savy, but would be happy if anyone knew what the issue is/how to fix. I have tried uninstalling faf completely a couple of times, and a few other things others have suggested but to no avail.
