Help please

Hey there, a friend of mine I convinced to try this game has been playing for awhile but just recently has had this problem, not sure what it is I'm not very good with computers but he likes this game and I'm posting this for him, here is a screenshot of the error message when he tries to open up FAF. http://prntscr.com/da7lh2

Also he un-installed and reinstalled faf and forged alliance multiple times, if you guys have any suggestions or fixes please let me know ! thank you.

Remove all instances of FAF on his computer, and then install WITHOUT admin access, should fix.

He just needs to add his usergroup full control over the programdata/faforever folder:
