Offline faf to not exit program upon match end?

I often have bad internet connection or just want to play with AIs for which I don't even start the FAF lobby, just start the game through the executable in the FAF folder on my system drive ( C ). However just like intended for FAF online matches, the program exits to the desktop after going through the score or just quitting the game or match setup lobby.

How can I stop it from doing that when manually started, or even better make it so that it returns to the match setup lobby?

Well you can make a mod that over rides the exit behaviour.

I wont make it for you (and I doubt that anyone else will), but I can give you a pointer where to start:

the file you need to change is this one (I marked the spot where it quits the game, took like 40 seconds to find)

just fork the repository and make the changes, you can use the api to deterime if you are in online or offline mode.
