Connection issues

When in game someone lost connection, even for like 2-5s, sometimes cant restore connections to all players in game. In that case I usually need to leave game, because sometimes lost connection to only 1 player in game. In some games also other players lost connection to each other, so looks like its not only for me.

What causes that issue with connecting again and is there any way to fix it?

Afaik it's been this way since server change in February, it happens when one of the people who can't reconnect have closed ports. Solution would be to open them.
