Stucked profile

Hello. I wanted to ask about repairing the profile Rapido_ala. Since the name change in the profile (3 weeks) I can not write the rating nor the number of games played. In the chat lobby to connect continually shows that play. Reinstal Faf not solve anything. Thanks Rapido_ala.
