downloading problems

Hi

my friend is unable to join my game most of the time. at the start when he first tries to join it begins downloading files but tends to freeze at a random percentage of a random file the vast majority of the time. I have turned off his windows 7 firewall but it didn't help. he tried to download the files with a web browser but the game still tried to download them anyway. any suggestions as to the cause of the problem or how to install the files manually would be awesome.

Please post logs it's hard/impossible to determine what's causing your issue without them. Instructions are in the link above.

In the meantime you can try to clear your game files or cache in the FAF client and then host/join a game and see if it works.

And just for fun, I cleared the cache, tried downloading some mods to host a game, and tried joining someone elses game but now it's doing something different. It shows the loading box but just spins for a bit then disappears without anything changing or happening. More logs attached.

Options > Clear > gamefiles

This fix worked for me.

For me I had run out of disk space
