New account registration

Hi all,

Trying to get a friend of mine into FAF so we can play co-op. I've managed to convince him to buy Supreme Commander Gold edition, but it's not sending him a registration email for FAF! I'll be happy to PM his desired username and email across to get this sorted.

If this warrants troubleshooting, he's using a gmail account. I've also tried sending to an email account I control (private domain address) with no success.

Please advise on next steps.
