Unable to host games "Not ready for game launch" error

I port forward udp/6112 to my PC and play games fine without UPnP, however I don't seem able to host them.

I can create a game lobby for myself, however it doesn't appear in the FAF 'Play' tab (I assume you should be able to see your own games).

The error in my logs is as follows:
881 ERROR client._clientwindow Not ready for game launch

I've tried with UPnP and seem to get the same issue. I've tried on 6113 as well.

Any ideas?
