I created a debug build for you which will run the folder permission fix in this case:
https://ci.appveyor.com/api/buildjobs/i ... -win32.msi

It should only run the permission fix one time, so please report if this fix works or if it runs the permission fix every time you start the client.

Perfect :-D

The permission fixes runs once.

This ist the first time that we can start FA Lobby without "Admin" permissions.
