Exception Handle after every game

Every time I play, regardless of whether I'm on coop or normal games, I always get this after closing the game down.

No idea what the problem is, seems to like complaining about "warning: SND: XACT3DApply failed."

Also kinda unrelated but non of the character pop up faces/clips work during Coop they're all just a picture of the old bald guy. Log says files are missing so... *shrugs*
