assist command on fab works randomly

why this feature don't always work ? I loose so many time thinking the fab is building something ... and when i am looking for the unit nothing. That simply drive me crazy.

Can this be fixed ?

If you cannot tell the difference between a fab and a factory then I doubt you would be able to win anyway

try not to let one factory support a factory that is already support one - i noticed that this sometime is causing problems if

With the amount of t1 spam in games today such a serious flaw with a basic game mechanic like this would show up almost instantly. It works perfectly, perhaps there is a loose nut behind your mouse - YOU!!!.

The only time it bug on me is when I assist the original factory to a one that have it in assist, creating an endless loop of nothing. This is indeed an user problem

i have noticed a glitch, though.

when you are building a factory (it is not finished yet) and you assist an already finished factory with a build queue then nothing will happen once the factory is completed.

i think that this used to work. it is strange, because you can queue units while the factory gets built, but you cannot assist another factory.

Such a fresh response ... learn to read first I wrote randomly. and it's like I can give the order as much as I want nothing happen until I give it's own BO. but still even when i try again the assist command it won't build ! Yeah it's sounds odds but it's true

you cannot give unfinished units commands (you cant give a pd an atack command before finished for example), while you can give them internal-build-orders like you do with a factory

commands and buildorders are two quite different things in the game engine

It seems you didn't get what I wanted to say:

after my first factory is finished i put an infinite BO then when my second factory is finished i give to the finished factory the assist command for assisting the first one ? get it ?
And here comes the problem ... the second factory doesn't build anything ! see post above.

I forgot to say its depending of the faction and the maps I played at this time aeon and cybrian this happened 90% when i was being played cybrian and the map were 5 * 5 km some new one in the ranked pool ( mezas .... )

This happen also back then on 3599 so it's not a really new bug though not so often.
