Severe connection issues to everyone in game.

Hello, this is the second time I have experienced this issue and it is quite recognizable when it is experienced as i will lose connection from 1 - 15 people for a few seconds, connect to them, then lose connection to a different set of people. It seems to happen randomly but when it does happen it will last for days. I can find no apparent cause for the issue. There are no background downloads or anything going on with my computer. I don't believe it to be an issue with my internet because I have no issues with other online games. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to resolve this issue?

Ok I enabled log, Il check if I am having the issue today and post the logs if I am.
