Why Novax automaticly destroys when i ctrl+k the satellite?

I want to use my satelite as bomb, so when i ctrl+k it The novax dies too?

That's normal.
If you destroy (Ctrl + k) the Novax Defense Satellite, then your Novax Center will self destruct, rather than launch a new satellite.

answer is simple: it is done that way inintentionally, otherwise satelites could be overpowered

Incoming patch will allow the centre to build a new satellite at a cost.
