Second account - same computer

I want to log in as "Gadzina" from my computer, but FAF tells me that another account is bounded with it. Previously (many months ago) my friend (nick Vimes) used it to play from his account, but now he's using only his computer. I don't have Steam. I would be glad if somebody could make an "exception" mentioned in error message and allow me to use my account.

sorry but this is really hard to believe. When smurf protection was reinstated all UIDs were reset on 21.11.

So if your friend didnt log in on your computer since then (and then it shouldnt have worked), your UID was reset at that time and then there should be no problem...

Also the account "Gadzina" doesnt show up in the leaderboards, so either you didnt play for over a year, or this is a new account...

As soon as your friend logs in on FAF from his computer, the UID that is linked to his account is changed back to link to his PC. So all you need to do is to ask him to play a game on his own PC

now he's using only his computer

which shouldnt be a problem, right?

I have logged in from my computer and played some games, but unfortunatelly it did't helped. Gadzina still can not log in. She is not my smurf, she never played ladder, or any ranked game, only private unranked games long, long time ago (like in 2015). And btw in some of them she was playing with me, when I was trying to teach her how to "FAF". Also we have friends, who play in FAF and can confirm that we are not the same person.

We would be really thankful for your help, as I recently convinced her to try playing FAF again.
