"FA has failed to start"

When I want to host or join any game i have error "FA has failed to start".
I have done "Options - Clear - Game files" few times, removed "C:\ProgramData\FAForever" folder and reinstaled FAF and FA, but still the same error.

I can run and play game from steam. Also reinstaled FAF and instaled FA into another drive, but still no luck.
