Re-updating from previous patch results in error

So I watched a replay which required me to backdate to the previous patch. (the one before 3668)
Now when I try to join or host a game all I get is a Bug report popup and nothing else happens.

What do?

Fix Joining / Hosting games - > Click Options - Clear - Game files
