Hosting games with mods

Hosting games with mods used to allow the mods to roll over from game to game when you host. That is not longer the case. Just an idea that it should be re-enabled. It was a great way to play the game in the past, especially for players like me who play with mods frequently with friends, and the idea of playing the same game after the last is how we do it.
