Bad Connection 2 Host

Hello, i have the Problem that i have some games bad Connections to the host and other Games all runs smooth. (same map)
Its lagging like hell, feels like sim-3
And i dont know how 2 fix this >.<

And what's your problem exactly? You have issues on a certain map or when a certain player is host?
