Cannot download update [SOLVED]

My client shows it as being outdated. It asks that I download an update. I agree and proceed with the update. The update downloads up to 99% then gets stuck and never finishes.

I have also attempted to download the .msi file direct from GitHub. It downloads almost all of it then says "Failed - network error" in Chrome. I tried IE and it returns "The program could not be downloaded". I also disabled AV (just in case something was being blocked).

Any ideas?

This sounds like a problem with your internet connection.

It will download 99% of the update then stop (both via the client auto download and via GitHub).
