bug regarding automatic storage building by assist

double clicked to upgrade and surround.
There seems to be an issue with the implementation.
Would be good to know if this is considered and exploit even...

Known issue.

Doubt its an exploit you need to worry about. Haven't heard anything about it being one so far at least.

something i noticed the AI doing since the automatic storage cap was introduced:
