so my brother are having conection issues we do establish conections although it is through the proxy network which lags the game alot as we are in nz on the SAME ROUTER and yes we have diffrent ports for game

What ports are you using and are your ports set as open in the router? Maybe have a look here:

1) You're in NZ
2) on the same router
