Can't download update

I can't download ForgedAlliance.3676.exe update. Doesn't work in client or in browser. In browser I get "network error", in client I get "Download failed. The file wasn't properly sent by the server". I had a friend download it manually and send me the file but I'm unable to install it because I don't have "BugSplat.dll". Not sure what's happening here.

Please clear your game data as per the FAQ.
