User name lost.

So it's been a loooong time since i played Supreme commander last and I got the urge to do so again.
Unfortunally I have forgotten my username and password... and since you need your user name to recover the password I am currently stuck.

If any assistance can be rendered on this subject ill be glad to accept it becouse not being able to play SC and SC:FA (multiplayer) would truly suck.

The first line of every FAF replay is human-readable and has names of people who played the game. If you still have some of your old replays from FAF, you can check them out to find these usernames - yours along with them.

if you still have your replays it's even easier than what Wesmania suggested here... you can just look at the filename.

Unfortunately i don't have any replays saved, i have a clean install of faf-client SC and SC:FA since i uninstalled these and a bunch of other programs in an effort to get more space.
However my faf-account was linked to my steam-account if that is a back route i could use to get at my username?
