Lobby does not load up correctly [SOLVED]

Lobby does not load up correctly

On start up this is all I get from the lobby. (See attachments)

The Vaults work and I can download maps, clearing the cache does nothing and neither does reinstalling the client.

I don't know what is wrong :cry:

resetting the router fixed it, it's still weird.
