old username gone? cant make new one? [SOLVED]

Hello peeps - I havnt played this game in over a year but 2 accounts I have one for my son and one of my own don't seem to be there anymore ie the login to fa forever doesn't recognise any of my usernames or usual passwords -

also when I try to reset password no email/username combo is recognised? also not sure how or where to make a new one -

would be a shame to make a new one as my stats would be nooby again :/

I'm sure I was called CrowbarSniper and my son was called Dethsmoke

Also the FA forever "play" lobby is blank - not sure if this is because logins are not working -

confused as to how to get playing again -

i had my logins on a text file and they dont work and when i use the new page to reset account it always says
"Error! Username and/or email did not match." no matter what email or password or username i use
