Unable to connect to chat server.

Whenever I open the FAF Client, the chat screen just says "unable to connect to chat server, but you should still be able to host and join games." I've opened port 6112, and I have had no problems connecting to a game, does anyone know of anything options in my firewall or anything that could fix this? I'm relatively new to FAF and would really like to get into the game and the community. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. :)

This probably means IRC is blocked in your router firewall or by your ISP.
