faf failed to get an update

when i try and play a game its updates but it can not get the update as it says (the file wasnt properly sent by the server try again later.) then when i try to load game without it its says (fa failed to start) any ideas on how i can fix it or get the game to start.
what started it is i clear the game files so when i can get a 1v1 game due to it doesnt like to connect.

Make sure you have writing permissions in Programdata folder where FAForever stores patch files. Also check if your antivirus is overprotective.

Sometimes FAF messes up the permissions for these folders. Close FAF, delete them and try again. (no need to do what Philip wrote, just delete the folders)

i tried to run FAF with administrator authority. no result.
i erased the whole programdata FAForever folder . no result.

the advanced folder permission in programdata seem strange. i couldnt change any permission, but i checked i was well with total control. somthing like that has to be linked to how NT authority run the special programdata folder. i 'm clueless

i disable avast antivirus : success.
strangely , avast didnt send me any alarm while trying to run it previously.
