UI doesn't appear in 1v1 games

When i find a 1v1 game building UI dooesn't appear in it and comm doesn't spawn, and neither my opponent's. I cant download a replay with error, replay #6483791 is one of the games that didnt start with me in it like that. I think the reason can be that i have 5 years old windpws 7 (hasnt been reinstalled for 5 years), but im not sure. In custom games all works fine. Also i have some minor problems with faf chat like not appearing messages (neither mine, nor another person's, problem disappeared after reopening faf program) and unable to search for top rating games (the fold with recent top player replays just remains empty), the latter two things im pretty sure is because of windows.
