Connection problem please help

Hello dears
i downloaded the client but i can't connect at all
i can't see any thing What's new , replays, units all of these opens as black screen
please help me and sorry for bothering

no my it isn't drop at all i tried both ping and speed tests
i think the problem is with configration cause i can't find any of the lines mentioned in the connection issues thread
pleaaaase help me i wanna get online and destroy some armies

Do you have firewall or antivirus running? It might be blocking traffic to the server. The client should work fine with the default configuration.

I allowed it on firewall and closed the antivirus

Hmm, I can't think of another way to help you - except for trying the other client available from the website.
