Errno 13 [SOLVED]

I have been trying to enter a game on faf and the first time i did this tonight it downloaded the map as normal and then did nothing i thought nothing of this so tried to enter another game and had the same problem after a third time my antivirus came up and said that due to unusual behavior from faf they had detected a problem it gave me to options 1 to fix automatically and the 2nd was to ignore i just closed the antivirus page and then when it came up again i picked the fix automatically this then didnt let me enter faf so i deleted it and then downloaded again thinking that it would fix it but then i tried to go in another gameand it did the same. I then asked a moderator what to do he said to allow the faf through the antivirus and then clear the game files i did this and then a message came up saying uncaught exception and to contact the faf technical help forum i told the moderator and he told me to do the same. If anyone knows how how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated thank you

"uncaught exception" is not very specific

looks like the FAF client doesn't have permission to write files where it needs to
probably your antivirus blocking it
